International parcels can be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service. Additional tax customs and administrative charges may apply.

If you are interested in purchasing items and are located outside the UK, please email me directly before placing your order and I’ll be happy to discuss the best way to meet your requirements.

Handmade Pottery…

As all ceramics by simon pieces are made by hand, no two pieces will be identical. As in life, variations in shape, colour and character come as standard and are there to be enjoyed and celebrated!

Best practice is to treat these pieces with care and avoid using them in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher. 

If you are unsure about a piece, please feel free to email me to request additional information.

Returns, Breakages…

Please note that ceramics by simon do not routinely offer refunds, exchanges, or the option to cancel orders once they’ve been placed.  

I take great care to package your order to avoid breakages. If your item arrives broken, please photograph it immediately and email me (with photos attached) within two days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse postage.
